We want your shopping experience with My Store 2 to be simple and transparent. Please read our return, replacement, and refund guidelines before placing an order.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or with missing parts, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or product parts
- Personal care items after opening or use
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dislike after delivery
- Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variation
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability
Where possible, we may offer a replacement before a refund. Refunds are processed only after approval by our support team.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval or inspection. Bank and payment provider timelines may vary.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
